About Sophie

Over the last 20 years, Sophie has held numerous management positions in the beauty, cosmetics and corporate fields, working in South East Asia, the USA and Australia. These positions allowed Sophie to hone her interpersonal skills, allowing her to achieve great success in marketing, sales and training, as well as her daily interactions with her staff and clients.

From young, Sophie always felt that she was sensitive to spirit energies but was scared and did not understand what it all meant. Around the age of 7 Sophie had a dream showing her father in an accident. Shortly afterwards her father was involved in a motorcycle accident. The realisation that she had seen this before it happened caused her to think that she was to blame and that lead her to totally shut down her intuitive awareness.

All was relatively quiet on the intuitive front until a friend's husband passed away suddenly. The husband's spirit was desperate to get back in touch with his wife and started making his presence felt to Sophie. This incident was the catalyst for the start of Sophie's spiritual healing journey; to seek guidance, find the appropriate tools and learn spiritual healing in order to help understand and handle her intuitive abilities. Sophie came across ThetaHealing, which truly resonated with her, opening up her ability to use her intuitive senses and to understand, not fear, the spirit realm. ThetaHealing allowed Sophie to realise that we can be who we want to be with grace and ease, by releasing limiting beliefs that block us from achieving our true potential.

During ThetaHealing sessions and consultations, Sophie has been able to empower her clients to take control of their lives and move forward with confidence, grace and ease. Sophie is dedicated to helping her clients reconnect with their life's passion, inner peace, joy and fulfillment so they can truly enjoy their life's wonderful and exciting journey.

Spiritual Healing, Teaching and Reading is now Sophie's life passion.
